By creating an account or using KASHINTEL, you agree to these terms and confirm that you may enter a binding agreement for yourself or your organization.

2. Service use

You are responsible for account security, lawful use, the accuracy of information entered, and activity performed through your workspace.

3. Subscriptions

Paid access renews according to the billing interval shown at checkout. Plan changes and cancellations take effect as disclosed before confirmation.

4. Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes affecting paid service.

5. Acceptable use

You may not abuse the service, circumvent security, access another tenant’s data, distribute malware, or use KASHINTEL unlawfully.
